Magnification and lens diameter
We have a 10X fixed magnification scope and a 44mm objective lens diameter . Being fixed we have little versatility to adapt to different distances.
Considering the quality of the optics and the 10X zoom I would say that this riflescope has an effective distance of up to 200 meters . Maybe a little more, but I like to be cautious when giving these numbers, especially with a scope at this price.
On the other hand, the objective lens size (44mm) is fine. The light entrance is decent. It allows to have a clear and good quality image.
Reticle MPN-1
The scope has a reticle for precision disciplines . This can be appreciated due to the references it has on its internal posts. Through which we can make elevation and windage corrections.
It should be noted that the scope only comes in MILs (NOT in MOAs) and that the reticle is NOT illuminable .
Purpose of the scope
It is a practice scope for sport or precision shooting . The shooter’s level is beginner and even intermediate. Recommended for air rifles, low calibers and can even be used on .308 or 30-06 caliber rifles . It withstands recoil.
Can it be used to compete? Technically you can, but it is not recommended.
Can it be used for hunting? Yes, you can.

It is worth mentioning, the 10×44 is more compact, lighter, and a bit cheaper. In contrast, the 3.5-10×44 SFP has a higher magnification capacity.

Advantages in detail
This is the cheapest scope in the Marksman series, and an inexpensive scope overall. This telescopic sight, on Aliexpress, has a price of 145 dollars, with which we can say that it is accessible to almost any pocket.
It is also the lightest and most compact scope in the series . The fact that a sight is light and compact is always positive, especially when we have to take shots without support.
The package includes some additional accessories. Rings, honeycomb sunshade, interchangeable turrets and lens covers all contribute to making the price of this scope even more attractive.
Disadvantages in detail
Fixed magnification gives little versatility. The zoom of our scope will always be configured to increase the same amount of times regardless of whether our objective is closer or further away.
None of the scopes in the Marksman series are illuminated. This is a negative point because sometimes it is necessary to have a striking contrast of the reticle , either because we have low light or because it is difficult to see the reticle in certain contexts of an image.
The warranty period is short compared to the market standard for telescopic sights . We are only 5 years old, when the general of the brand visors has 10 years.

Personal opinion Vector Optics Marksman 10×44
It is a low budget practice scope . For the price it is a very good piece, a bit limited but you can’t ask for much more.
I think that, for a beginner in precision shooting, as a first scope it can walk more than well . And it also seems prudent not to spend too much at the beginning, when we still have no notion of what sports shooting is.
All in all, it’s a good beginner and newbie scope for the price.
