One of the bests riflescopes alternatives for PCP rifles (especially for Bullpups ) is the Veyron line from Vector Optics . A series of riflescopes created exclusively for air rifles where size and weight are key , but where optical quality and price also stand out . As if all this were not enough, we have first focal plane in low-budget riflescopes , just incredible.
The really distinctive thing about these telescopic sights is undoubtedly the size. Its design is extremely compact and lightweight, ideal for Bullpup platforms , as we already mentioned.

Pros and cons of the Veyron line
The first thing is to understand what this line of products offers us and what it does not. For this we put together a small list of advantages and disadvantages that apply to all Veyron products from Vector Optics.

Something we have to understand is that we are talking about low budget scopes and with a very specific purpose, which is their use for air platforms either for hunting or precision shooting . On Aliexpress, depending on the model, we can find them in a range of between 175 and 300 dollars.

Opinion: Vector Optics Veyron 3-12×44 SFP
It is the only model in this series that is NOT first focal plane and is therefore the most economical of all . It is super compact and lightweight and highly recommended for hunting scenarios . Remember that being second focal plane, the reticle references will only serve you at the maximum zoom level.

It is the same size as the previous model , with the advantage that this one does have first focal plane . It’s an ideal scope for hunting , and while it may come a bit short for precision shooting, its decent. This is the best-selling model in the series.

Opinion: Vector Optics Veyron 4-16×44 FFP
For those looking for a little more magnification, the 4-16×44 has us covered. What’s more, it is only 30 grams heavier than the previous model and only 25 mm longer. With almost the same dimensions we can obtain a few more magnifications, leaving us calmer for precision shooting.

Opinion: Vector Optics Veyron 6-24×44 FFP
Finally, the alternative with the highest amount of magnification in this series . It’s amazing that such a small scope can have so much power. It does not reach 600 grams or 30 mm long . Ideal for precision shooting competitions with air rifles and perfectly suitable for hunting. It is the most expensive model in the series but it is worth it.
General opinion Vector Optics Veyron riflescopes
They really are riflescopes that have become very successful in the world of PCP shooters due to their performance, dimensions and price. They are very good riflescopes for the price.
It is difficult to find sights with similar characteristics at the price of these scopes. They are practical and are designed for air rifles. If we use them for what they are intended we will not have any inconvenience.
In summary, for lovers of Bullpups they are an excellent option for the price.
